BMH Desoto Hospital in Mississippi is seeking a Part-time Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to provide personal care and support under the direction of licensed nursing staff. You will assist with daily patient activities, safety, and basic procedures in accordance with hospital policies.

The role requires clear communication skills in English, computer literacy, and completion of assigned educational activities. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire is required to qualify.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly and effectively in standard English, written and spoken.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and record-keeping.
