Full Job Description:

Germain Yachts of Staten Island LLC is looking to add a member to our parts department. This role will facilitate the entire parts lifecycle – ordering, receiving, inventory, and facilitating online part sales. Detail-oriented and mechanically savvy with an interest in growing the business. Must be a team player and willing to assist in areas of the marina operations. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure techs receive the correct part needed
  • Answer phone calls and emails from customers/manufacturers
  • Create purchase orders
  • Order parts/supplies as needed via phone and online ordering
  • Check-in all parts
  • Unload trucks with forklifts as needed
  • Put away all stock on shelves
  • Enter all parts given out into DockMaster
  • Tag and enter boat keys into Keytrac
  • Answer inquiries from management, sales, and customers about parts
  • Ship out various items via UPS
  • Enter retail part orders through the Point of Sales System
  • Collect payments from customers
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reports

Pay: Based on experience
