Job description: McGovern Automotive Group has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Parts Manager to join us at our Hyundai dealership in Concord!

Responsibilities
- Support Parts Manager in meeting the established goals for profit and return through wholesale and retail sale of parts
- Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the dealership
- Analyze departmental operations and storage layout and revise as needed
- Clearly and effectively communicate information to dealership personnel as well as a non-technical audience as required
- Demonstrate proper techniques for stocking, inventory control, customer service, and understand and comply with all federal, state and local regulations that affect the parts department
- Assist with the collection of past due accounts
- Select, train, and supervise all employees in the parts department while employing successful staff utilization
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
- Reliable, with a positive "team-player" attitude
- Excellent attention to detail, with at least 2 years of stable, verifiable work history with inventory control and strong leadership skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
