Qualifications

• 2+ years of packaging design and POS displays experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience creating RFP (ready-for-press) mechanicals; knowledge of photography and retouching.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Packaging Designer and team to conceptualise, develop, and execute design strategies across print and digital platforms.
• Support the Marketing department as a creative resource across a variety of projects.
• Manage time effectively to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Produce and finalise packaging and display mechanicals to ready-for-press standards.
• Build mock-ups to test dimensions and prepare samples for meetings.
• Support photo shoots, ensuring output aligns with design objectives.
• Partner with packaging developers and production artists to maintain design integrity.
• Retouch images for packaging and display materials.
• Use Airtable to track projects through the go-to-market process.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
