Job summary

Colorado Mesa University invites applications for Assistant Program Director to lead and teach in the Bechtel Physician Assistant Program. This is a full-time, in-person, 12-month position, with the option to flip to the clinical track.

Qualifications

• Must be NCCPA-certified and licensed/eligible to practice as a PA in Colorado.
• Minimum of three years of full-time higher education experience.
• Master's degree from an accredited PA program is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and teach in the PA program.
• Serve as Interim Program Director in the absence of the Program Director.
• Oversee curriculum alignment with ARC-PA standards and PANCE blueprint.
• Mentor adjunct faculty and coordinate didactic/clinical education.
• Participate in accreditation self-study, site visits, and documentation.
