CLEAR seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to join the airport leadership team, reporting to the General Manager and guiding daily floor operations at the station. You will be a hands-on coach for security, customer service, and sales in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires leading 80% on-floor activity, enforcing CLEAR/TSA policies, driving service and sales, and mentoring the team to achieve goals while managing equipment and stakeholder relationships.
