Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution includes roles that manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities (planning and execution, distribution is covered by carrier management).

Includes all kinds of warehouses like CFS, CY, inland depot / warehouses, bonded warehouses, etc. whether owned, operated or both by Maersk.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute inventory, warehouse and fulfilment activities (planning and execution, distribution is covered by carrier management).
• Lead people with employee lifecycle responsibilities including hire/fire decisions, coaching/mentoring, coordination of tasks, appraisal of performance, pay reviews, and development for future assignments.
• Coordinate tasks and set priorities to ensure task completion for direct and/or indirect reports.
• Develop business & operational areas, policies & practices and implement business plans.
• Evaluate solutions and assess their appropriateness and effectiveness within the area of expertise.

Leadership & Management

• Work independently within defined boundaries and guidelines in a specific area but will need supervision and support on more complex tasks.
• Manage employees day‑to‑day and set priorities.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Knowledge of practical methods and techniques, work procedures and processes.
• Previous work experience in a related area, or practical knowledge obtained via advanced education.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to solve problems within a range of options by evaluating alternatives.
