Trinity Health Of New England is seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager (RN) to support our Outpatient Oncology & Infusion Services team across Hartford and Glastonbury, Connecticut. Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license in good standing.
• BSN required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience.
• Oncology, infusion, ambulatory, or outpatient specialty experience preferred.
• Prior Charge Nurse, Lead RN, Preceptor, or Leadership experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, organization, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Epic or other electronic medical record systems preferred.

As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to support day-to-day operations of our outpatient cancer and infusion centers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care for oncology and hematology patients.
