Virtua Health is seeking an experienced nursing leader to assist the Nurse Director / Manager in coordinating clinical and business activities on the PCU 4 unit focused on Cardiac, Heart Failure, and LVAD care.

The role includes overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, managing unit staffing, monitoring quality metrics, and supporting performance improvement and fiscal responsibilities.

Competenze

• 2 years recent clinical/cath lab experience required.
• Broad knowledge of nursing practice and ability to apply specific skills in nursing intervention.
• Competency in management and leadership skills.

Summary

Assists Nurse Director / Manager in the coordination of the clinical/business activities on the units so that optimum quality of patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.

PCU 4 Focus: being Cardiac, HF, LVAD

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required

2 years recent clinical/cath lab experience required.

Broad knowledge of nursing practice and ability to apply specific skills in nursing intervention.

Competency in management and leadership skills.

Required Education

Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.

BSN preferred in related field.

Training/Certifications/Licensure

Current NJ RN license, BLS.

Appropriate certification as required by specialty or regulatory agency.

Salary:

$98,700 - $158,398 Yearly
