Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum degree of Associates in nursing required.
• Experience working with children with a range of needs.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants.
• Assist in coordinating medication administration recertification.
• Provide opportunities for in-service training to nursing staff.
• Work directly with individuals providing quality care.
• Maintain caseload of primary students.
• Provide day to day supervision and support to nursing staff.
• Communicate to parents/guardians regarding medical issues.
