Night Hours and Shift Details
  • Night Hours – combination of 8, 10 or 12‑hour nights.
  • One 12‑hour night (7 pm to 7 am) required once a week for Leader Resource & Patient Facing Shift.
  • Will have direct reports.
  • On‑call rotation for weekends & holidays.

Role Purpose

Coordinates patient care, personnel management, equipment maintenance, statistical accumulation, and ensures that staffing, revenue and operational goals are met.

Responsibilities
  • Manages individual(s) including hiring, training, assigning work, performance evaluation, and professional development plans.
  • Participates in departmental staffing, revenue and expense budgeting and maintains adherence to financial goals.
  • Provides and oversees patient care, documents interventions, and ensures care plans are implemented.
  • Creates collaborative plans of care based on assessment, diagnosis and medical treatment.
  • Manages staff hours, payroll updates, time‑card reconciliation, staffing needs, overtime, and annual increases.
  • Interviews staff for open positions, performs performance reviews, drafts corrective actions, and follows disciplinary procedures.
Minimum Requirements
  • Education: Nursing Diploma / Associate’s.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in nursing.
  • Supervisor Experience: None.
  • Licensing & Certification: RN.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in nursing.
  • Supervisor Experience: None.
  • Additional Preferred Requirements: BSN strongly preferred; 2 years of RN experience in Neonatal ICU.
