Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced RN to assist the Nurse Manager with unit operations and to work closely with direct care staff during shifts to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will be an expert clinical resource, facilitate admissions, transfers and discharges, lead change efforts, and mentor staff development while taking on direct patient care duties as needed.
