Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute in Missouri seeks a proactive Nurse Manager to coordinate patient care, lead clinical teams in the emergency department, and drive departmental operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage staffing, hiring, training, budgeting, and performance reviews, while ensuring quality, developmentally appropriate care and timely documentation in line with policy.

Qualifications

• RN license with Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of nursing experience; 5–10 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Emergency room experience and BSN preferred.
