• Conduct monthly unit conferences and complete annual performance appraisals on associates.

• Monitor departmental performance in quality and patient safety goals.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other departments to enhance patient experience.
• Ensure effective implementation of financial plans and maintain budget compliance.
• Foster staff development through coaching, mentoring, and education.
• Conduct quarterly check-ins with assigned staff to review developmental goals.
