Vetted Solutions is seeking an experienced RN to lead the Acute Medicine Unit's operations in a hospital setting in St. Louis, Missouri. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, compliance, and delivering quality patient care while guiding clinicians and support staff.

You will develop staff plans, oversee audits, manage regulatory readiness, supervise payroll processes, and drive service excellence through effective communication, performance management, and staff development.

Qualificações

• RN license required.
• 2–5 years experience, supervisor experience preferred for higher levels.
• Regulatory knowledge and compliance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes, ensuring effective resource allocation and staff performance.
• Develop and implement staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development plans.
• Lead audits, analyze patient outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate service recovery efforts and resolve operational issues related to physician and bed management.
• Participate in budget development, monitor expenditures, and respond to business changes.
• Own communication, team meetings, and performance management activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (RN required), Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years (with supervisor experience preferred for higher levels).
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Skills: Leadership, staff management, regulatory compliance, analytical and communication skills.
