Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of athletic policies and staff implementation.
• Knowledge of state/league regulations; interpret for staff.
• Coordinate with athletic director and attend meetings.
• Design staff meetings; promote staff awareness and growth.
• Experience with budgeting and equipment management.

Responsibilities

• Enforce athletic policies approved by the school board.
• Schedule practices and coordinate transportation and events.
• Maintain equipment inventories and facility security.
• Provide training on injuries, medical care, and emergencies.
• Mentor athletes and monitor grades and conduct.
• Communicate with parents and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with background clearances and safety rules.
• Coordinate program with maintenance and school staff.
