Talbots is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support strategy, development, and selection of merchandise across a specific category. You’ll assist in analysis, reporting, and photo/catalog prep, and work with sourcing, allocations, and web teams to ensure accurate product presentation.
The role requires 1–2 years of merchandising-related experience, strong Excel skills, and an eye for fashion trends. On-site, Talbots office in Hingham, MA with benefits and competitive salary.

This position is responsible for actively assisting the Merchant with the strategy, development, and selection of merchandise while supporting the department through the entire product lifecycle. Assistant Merchants will be assigned to a specific category.
This position works on-site at least 4 days per week consistent with the needs of the businessat our Talbots office location in Hingham, MA.
