Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid Pupil Activity Permit issued by the Ohio Department of Education.
• Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion Training, Sudden Cardiac Arrest Training, Mental Health Training.
• Background checks (BCI and FBI) and VIRTUS certified or willing to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching responsibilities and development of wrestlers.
• Assist in scheduling and transportation for tournaments and practices.
• Maintain equipment and supervise locker room and weight room areas.
• Oversee safety, paperwork, and compliance with school and league policies.
• Support fundraising efforts and adhere to budget constraints.
