Job summary

The University is seeking an Assistant Men’s Tennis Coach to support the Head Coach in all aspects of the program and ensure compliance with NCAA, SEC and institutional rules.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily practice, evaluating student-athletes, providing skill instruction and helping design weekly plans, while fostering student-athlete development and competitive success.

Qualifications

• An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assists in coordinating day to day practice preparation and instruct student-athletes on these systems and concepts.
• Evaluate student-athletes to identify strengths and deficiencies.
• Provide individual skill instruction, supervision, and motivation to student-athletes.
• Assists in preparing and coordinating annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly, and day to day practice planning and design.
