Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey Community Health Center (VNACJ CHC) seeks an Assistant Medical Director for primary care in Keyport. You will deliver hands-on care while guiding clinical quality, supporting providers, and strengthening care across the CHC network.

This full-time role offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus; you’ll lead quality initiatives, supervise teams, and ensure compliance with HRSA standards. A NJ license and MD degree are required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and residency program.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active NJ medical license or eligibility; CDS registration ability.
• 3–5+ years of ambulatory clinical practice; FQHC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of population health and clinical analytics.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality primary care (approx. 80% clinical / 20% administrative).
• Maintain an active patient panel and model evidence-based, culturally responsive care.
• Support EHR onboarding and workflow optimization as an EHR Superuser.
• Lead quality improvement, chart audits, peer review and QA activities.
• Facilitate provider and team meetings with clear agendas and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Finance to monitor productivity goals.
• Prepare HRSA Operational Site Visit materials and ensure HRSA/FTCA compliance.
• Foster strong cross-team communication and collaboration.
