Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, a premier bowling and family entertainment company, is hiring an Assistant Mechanic in the Saint Paul area. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, safe operations, and timely repairs to keep lanes, pinspotters, and building systems performing at peak levels.

You will participate in the Assistant Mechanic training program and work closely with leadership to resolve equipment issues promptly while maintaining high safety standards and customer experience across

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with a strong emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (Optional)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven team player
• Eager to continue training to advance into a Mechanic role
• Candidates with previous mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Always prioritize safety by following the guidelines set by Lucky Strike Entertainment and OSHA.
• Take pride in maintaining the equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
• Adhere to all outlined preventative maintenance programs and monitor and perform daily center maintenance as instructed
• Embrace the opportunity to complete the Lucky Strike Entertainment Assistant Mechanic training program within the prescribed time frame.
• Providing valuable assistance to the leadership teams and promptly reporting any issues and problems as needed.
• Proficient in accurately identifying and resolving the most common issues with equipment.
• Minor preventative maintenance
• Fully understand how to operate all bowling equipment in the center

What Our Assistant Mechanics Do

Our Assistant Mechanics are essential to maintaining the top performance of our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment. They skillfully conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to any necessary repairs.

AN ASSISTANT MECHANIC'S DAY-TO-DAY:

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.
