Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Mechanic to join our maintenance team at one of our bowling entertainment centers. You will help maintain lanes, pinspotters, and building equipment, performing preventative maintenance and prompt repairs to keep centers running smoothly.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing training to progress into a Mechanic role. Evening and night shifts are common, with part-time hours based on the center's needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the top performance of lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and respond to repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
• Complete the training program within the prescribed time frame.
• Report issues to leadership and assist as needed.
• Identify and resolve common equipment issues.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and operate all bowling equipment.

WHAT OUR ASSISTANT MECHANICS DO

Our Assistant Mechanics are essential to maintaining the top performance of our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment. They skillfully conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to any necessary repairs.

AN ASSISTANT MECHANIC'S DAY-TO-DAY:

• Always prioritize safety by following the guidelines set by Lucky Strike Entertainment and OSHA.
• Take pride in maintaining the equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
• Adhere to all outlined preventative maintenance programs and monitor and perform daily center maintenance as instructed
• Embrace the opportunity to complete the Lucky Strike Entertainment Assistant Mechanic training program within the prescribed time frame.
• Providing valuable assistance to the leadership teams and promptly reporting any issues and problems as needed.
• Proficient in accurately identifying and resolving the most common issues with equipment.
• Minor preventative maintenance
• Fully understand how to operate all bowling equipment in the center

WHAT IT TAKES

• High School Diploma with a strong emphasis on algebra, geometry, and applied mathematics (Optional)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven team player
• Eager to continue training to advance into a Mechanic role.
• Candidates with previous mechanical, electrical, or engineering experience are encouraged to apply
