Job summary

Mathnasium Hollister is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead after‑school and weekend activities, driving student learning and enrollment. You’ll work closely with the Center Director to tailor learning plans, coach staff, and ensure exceptional family communication in a supportive math‑education environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer relationships, and opportunities for advancement within a positive team culture and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred.
• Passion for math and working with students.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance diverse responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in identifying student needs and developing customized learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout sessions.

What you will do as an Assistant Center Director:
