FIFTH SEASON, a global independent studio, seeks a highly organized Marketing Assistant to join the global Marketing team in Los Angeles. You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of Marketing and Branding, collaborate with the Digital Marketing team, and contribute to brand initiatives, social content and experiences.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, social media, entertainment, media, communications or a related field preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva is essential.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with a strong understanding of social media best practices and the ability to adapt voice and tone across platforms.
  • Experience creating engaging static and short-form video content for social media.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the VP of Marketing and Branding's calendar, proactively prioritizing meetings and optimizing time across multiple time zones.
  • Process invoices and track expenditures with detailed accuracy and accountability.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities, including presentation preparation, expense management, and coordinate domestic and international travel, including accommodations, transportation, travel documentation and expense reporting.
  • Support the Brand and Marketing team in the development and execution of company-wide brand initiatives, social media, events and other strategic marketing priorities.
  • Support the planning and execution of screenings, premieres, dinners, industry events and other brand experiences, including guest lists, invitations, RSVP management, gifting, vendor coordination and on-site logistics.
  • Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring posts are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Support community management by monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with relevant conversations.
  • Create static and short-form video content for social media, marketing initiatives and internal communications. Assist with content ideation and brainstorming, contributing creative ideas that support brand, talent and social objectives.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, creative and digitally savvy Marketing Assistant to join FIFTH SEASON's global Marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Branding and working closely with the Digital Marketing team, this role will provide day-to-day administrative support while contributing to company-wide brand initiatives, social media, creative content and brand experiences.
