Responsibilities

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product, receive, and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Receive training and orientation; training provided on the job.
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Communicate written instructions accurately.
• Perform essential math functions—addition, subtraction, multiplication, division—accurately and quickly (calculator allowed).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate delivery areas using maps and addresses, including adverse terrain such as multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying products.
• Exhibit motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to perform precise movements rapidly and accurately.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience.
• At least 18 years old and able to pass a background screening.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and cover hours necessary to open and/or close the store. Schedules may change to meet store needs.
• Proficient with POS systems, 10‑key operation, Microsoft Office, and office equipment.
