KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Ann Taylor in West Palm Beach to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor and nurture relationships with customers and team members.

This role requires hospitality, tech-savviness with POS systems, and a proactive approach to hiring, coaching, and operational excellence. You will contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience and help achieve store goals while upholding brand

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.

Qualifications
