Big 5 Sporting Goods is seeking an Assistant Manager Trainee for the part-time role across our western US stores. This entry-level position is designed to train for promotion to higher management, with a structured development program and hands-on leadership experience.

You will support store operations, customer service, merchandising, and staff training in a fast-paced environment, gaining exposure to opening/closing procedures and loss prevention while pursuing growth within the company.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of sporting goods is a plus.
• Must possess High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Exam.
• Flexible Scheduling.

Our Assistant Manager Trainee Part-time gains knowledge and experience,requiredfor promotion to higher management positions underdirectionof experienced personnel, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
