Directly supervises at least five (5) classified staff. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.**Job Description**Essential Duties:* Supervises at least five (5) or more skilled trades personnel in the HVAC shop; assists in enforcing policies and procedures; prioritizes schedules and assigns tasks; trains, monitors and evaluates performance; makes recommendations regarding discipline.* Manages preventive maintenance program of HVAC systems.* Assists with overseeing shop operations; sets priorities; prepares cost estimates.
