Job summary

EVEREVE in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager who will lead our HEART-driven culture, uphold our mission, and ensure consistency across the brand. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience to every customer, with the mantra 'WE WILL MISS NO ONE!' guiding daily interactions.

You’ll coach and develop team members, manage store operations and inventory, and drive sales through personal styling and Trendsend support.

• Drives for results through both personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, customer outreach, and supporting payroll management.
• Maintains sales expectation based on store goals.
• Leads their Division of Responsibility based on volume group.

Position Overview:
