Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Florida Mall in Orlando to oversee daily store operations, lead a team and drive sales through strong customer service and brand expertise.

You’ll manage opening/closing routines, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and training while ensuring best-in-class service and compelling floor sets. The role supports growth and internal promotion within the store organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines and supervise salesfloor and stockroom.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll for the store.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales through styling and floor sets.
• Build and maintain visual displays and ensure excellent customer service.
