Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment in Tallahassee. You will lead daily store operations, open and close procedures, supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, and manage payroll processes.

You’ll train non-management staff, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales through strong brand execution. You’ll oversee visual merchandising, analyze sales data, protect assets, and fulfill omni-channel orders.

Job Description:The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes.
