Panera LLC in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager/Team Manager Lead to energize the team, ensure guest delight, and uphold our food and service standards. You will coach and develop staff, support interview and hiring, and train on food safety while fostering a welcoming culture of growth.

You will lead shifts in a fast-paced environment, motivate employees to exceed goals in service and accuracy, and contribute to a positive guest experience every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.

This Opportunity Is for You If:
