Job summary

Carpe Diem Pizza, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager at our location on Dale Mabry Hwy. The role supports the General Manager with daily operations, cost and inventory controls, and leadership of the team to ensure top-quality service.

You will help train and mentor staff, maintain policy standards, and drive positive customer relations while promoting team performance and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform arithmetic quickly and accurately for cash handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and staff.
• Ability to train or coach team members on tasks and processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer relations and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations and tasks.
• Oversee cost controls, inventory, and cash handling.
• Support staff development and mentoring of junior team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and service recovery as needed.
