Carpe Diem Pizza, Inc. is seeking a high-energy team member to assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations, cost and inventory control, and customer relations.

You will help develop future managers by leading by example and mentoring your crew while upholding store policies and Domino’s image standards. Responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, and promoting excellent service recovery.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, and make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Ability to train others and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations and cost controls.
• Manage inventory and store cleanliness; ensure timely customer service.
• Recruit and mentor new team members, maintain Domino’s image standards.
• Handle customer orders in person and over the phone, process payments.
