Ann Taylor is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, model the brand's behaviors, and coach teammates to create meaningful connections with customers.

You will foster an inclusive environment, leverage technology for seamless omnichannel shopping, and assist in recruiting and developing talent. This regular/full-time role is based in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
