Job summary

Talbots is seeking a Store Manager in San Marcos to lead store operations, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and execute floorsets and merchandising with excellence.

You will foster a professional, inclusive culture, motivate staff, and align store activities with brand standards. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a passion for helping customers look and feel their best.
