• Demonstrating customer WOW steps: apologize, give what they want, offer something extra.
• Ensuring pizza toppings and ingredients are counted accurately on every order.
• Adhering to proper oven and food prep procedures and cleanliness.
• Handling cash/change according to policy and maintaining a safe money limit.
• Following safety, security, and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Ensuring orders are repeated for accuracy and customer details are confirmed.
• Insuring store budgets, labor, and service goals are met.
