Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Longview, WA. As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and help achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare you for success, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Willing to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification holder is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and work to achieve financial goals while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
