Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
