Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
