Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc is searching for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our store management team. You will be responsible for assisting with operations, hiring and directing associates, and achieving financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Must effectively communicate verbally and manage conflicts.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store, including managing associates.
• Achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3 or more week store leadership training program.

Skills

Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Education

High school diploma required
