Panda Restaurant Group Inc is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for its operations in Farragut, Tennessee. In this role, you will assist with hiring and managing store associates to achieve financial success while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A comprehensive leadership training program is provided to ensure your success in this role.

The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, flexibility to work variable shifts, and food safety certification.

Formación

• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Experience in managing conflicts and difficult situations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single store including hiring and managing associates.
• Achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
