In this role, you will assist with hiring and managing store associates to achieve financial success while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Experience in managing conflicts and difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store including hiring and managing associates.
• Achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
