Job summary

Panda Express is looking for an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store in Corpus Christi, TX. You will hire, coach and direct team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training will prepare you for success.

You’ll be supported with ongoing development, benefits and opportunities to advance within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff to meet store targets.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training.
