Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and work toward financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for store leadership responsibilities.
