The role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, occasional travel within a 50-mile radius, and a commitment to food safety standards. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA: able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to four hours.

Aufgaben

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to store team.
• Coordinate and participate in store leadership training programs for success.
