Responsibilities

• Maintain staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements.
• Control expenses including labor, inventory, and maintenance.
• Assign and manage daily tasks to keep store maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
