AT&T inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cambridge, MA to partner with the store manager to oversee daily retail operations, lead a team, and drive sales and customer service excellence.

You’ll be involved in merchandising, product launches, and coaching staff to achieve goals, backed by comprehensive training and growth opportunities. Compensation includes a sign-on bonus and a salary range with commissions, reflecting geography and experience.

We’re offering a specific $5,000 Sign On Bonus ($1250 after 90 days, $1250 after 6 months, and $2500 at 1 year of service) for external candidates, including this location. (Internal employees are not eligible). Take the lead at the center of where it all happens – our retail stores. With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you’ll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Our most successful Assistant Store Managers have:

Our Assistant Store Managers earn between :$53,200 - $79,800 in annual salary plus $18,000 in commissions yearly if all sales goals are met. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
