GPM Investments LLC in Eldon, MO seeks an Assistant Manager to support store operations, supervise staff, and deliver strong customer service. You will handle cash, scheduling, and merchandising while ensuring a welcoming environment on weekends and holidays.

Candidates should be energetic, reliable, and capable of leading a team across shift work. You will participate in hiring, training, and motivating staff to meet sales goals, with opportunities for growth into store management.

• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to consistently upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store fully stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store—including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates your team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
