GPM Investments, LLC in Montrose, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our high-energy convenience store running smoothly on every shift.

You will support the Store Manager with daily operations, supervise a team, handle cash and deposits, and drive customer service excellence on weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts. A strong emphasis on upselling and training helps you grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.

• Minimum Age Requirement: 21+ years old

• Willing to Learn

• Certification: Must have (or be able to obtain obtain) a Food Safety Certification
