GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our busy convenience store in Fishers, IN. You’ll support the Store Manager, run registers, coach staff, and help ensure outstanding customer service on every shift.

You’ll manage schedules, assist with inventory and merchandising, and step in as acting manager when needed. Open availability, weekends and holidays are required, with a path to store leadership and growth in retail operations.

Qualifications

• Dependable and driven with strong customer service focus.
• Must have open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to mentor a high-performing team.
• Ability to coach upsell and promotions.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum age 21+.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation when needed.

Responsibilities
